Mrs. Dolly .U. Nwakuche is the Chief Executive Officer of Emmadoll Resources Concept Limited, which is engaged in Consulting and Facility procurement. She is a graduate of University of Nigeria Nsukka. She worked for over 16 years as an educationist before venturing into the Federal Civil Service as a Deputy Comptroller of Immigration. Having worked in various commands and capacities in Immigration, she retired in December 2009 as a Comptroller. She has also been on several Federal Committees and won various service awards.
